After passing by and saying, 'I'm so going there this weekend!' for weeks, I finally went into the nook-and-crany restaurant called Slim's in Wanchai.
Decked out in pre/post 90s posters, there's something to see everywhere you look.
And for $90HKD for a burger and pint of beer, what's not to love?
And then, after one bump in the road of being brought the wrong burger, the star of the show arrived - the BBQ mushroom deluxe. 
And for such a mouthwatering burger, there is only one way to eat it: two bloody hands. Step aside fork, knife, and femininity, Slim's in town.
